Application Support Engineer Our leading Hotel Group client are looking to recruit an Applications Support Engineer on a 5 month contract basis. This Application Support Engineer opportunity is a key role in the service delivery team who are responsible for the support of users across the business to ensure the highest levels of service are maintained with issues and change requests dealt with promptly and in a professional manner. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / MAIN DUTIES Provide level 2 support to end users and act as a point of integration with 3rd party providers for level 3 support as required Maintenance of master data, configuration and data integration of Opera, Simphony, Planet Payments and other business systems as required Support in the communication to, and training of, users on upgrades, changes and new developments on the business systems Support the Service Delivery Manager in managing the 3rd party queues and ensuring service levels are met Manage call escalations internally and through 3rd party partners to ensure a satisfactory resolution to issues Act as the conduit between the business stakeholders and 3rd parties in the management of continuous improvement and small change Responsible for user access and role administration as required Preparation of service reports as required
