Global Recruitment Manager at Retronix Semiconductor
Purpose
To play a key part in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent within the Semiconductor Industry.
Recruit across multiple regions, working closely with hiring managers, and supporting both low-level and high-skill hiring. You will report in to the Global Resourcing Manager daily.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
* Partner with hiring managers and the wider recruitment team to understand technical hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies to deliver high quality candidates.
* Proactively source, screen, and present top engineering and technical talent using platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and other talent sourcing tools.
* Focus on recruiting for our Engineering Timeshare Program, identifying and hiring niche, specialised, and in-demand engineering talent.
* Manage end to end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.
* Utilise and maintain our HRIS and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics.
* Conduct market research and headhunting for hard-to-fill and highly specialised positions.
* Monitor industry trends and talent movements to proactively build pipelines and stay competitive in the market.
* Support Recruitment across UK, Europe and the US, including availability for backshifts to accommodate US hiring needs.
* Perform other relevant duties as assigned by the Global Resourcing Manager to support evolving team and business needs.
* General HR admin as required to support onsite Site Managers
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in Recruitment, preferably within the Engineering Industry.
* HR Admin experience would be advantageous
* Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, especially Linkedin and Indeed.
* Experience working with HRIS and ATS platforms
* Experience in headhunting and building talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Naturally driven, determined and resourceful.
* Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
* Adaptable and flexible working style.
* Highly focused with a keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills.
* Proficient IT skills with MS Office packages.
