We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Project Manager who can operate at pace, manage multiple concurrent client projects, and bring structure and clarity to a busy consultancy environment. Requirements Project Management of Consulting and Leadership Programmes Managing the full lifecycle of multiple client projects, including one to one coaching programmes, team events, workshops and longer term leadership programmes (6–12 months). Producing, maintaining and monitoring project plans, schedules and milestones, ensuring deadlines are met. Tracking risks and issues, escalating appropriately and early. Contributing to project delivery when appropriate Coordinating delivery with colleagues, associates and external partners to keep projects on track. Attending client meetings independently and with senior colleagues, arriving prepared and ready to contribute. Acting as a key point of contact for clients and programme participants, resolving queries promptly and professionally. Managing project financials, including invoicing, tracking costs, monitoring profitability and providing real time reporting. Creating and maintaining standard operating procedures, process guides and client specific resources. Coordinating project evaluation, including survey setup, data collation and reporting. Supporting onboarding and management of associates, including contracts, compliance records and credential tracking. Maintaining accurate, consistent file structures and documentation. Supporting practical administrative tasks (e.g., printing workshop packs, preparing materials) to ensure seamless delivery. Assessment Tools and Diagnostics Leading the setup, administration and tracking of assessment and diagnostic tools. Managing client assessment accounts, releasing assessments and generating reports. Running online assessment projects end to end, liaising with developers and clients. Providing training and refresher sessions for clients on the Real World Group platform. Monitoring usage and ensuring accurate invoicing for assessments. Ensuring accuracy, consistency and attention to detail in all outputs. Sales, Marketing and Lead Generation Support Supporting the Head of Client Engagement and key team members with sales and marketing initiatives. Generating leads, scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate CRM records. Coordinating client communications and campaign distribution. Supporting the planning and delivery of internal and external events, including seminars, conferences and client receptions. Providing practical support to colleagues on sales related tasks. Operational Support and Continuous Improvement Maintaining databases, administrative systems and information resources. Contributing to effective information management and file structure oversight. Updating business systems and ensuring data accuracy. Providing light diary management for senior colleagues. Ensuring training materials and collateral are up to date and aligned with branding. Coordinating internal team meetings, agendas, minutes and actions. Reviewing, improving and creating processes to support scalable, high quality delivery across consulting, assessment and sales and marketing workflows. Taking initiative to resolve issues, escalate delays and seek information independently. Person Specification Education and Qualifications Essential Level 3 qualification or equivalent. GCSE/GCE Grade A–C (or equivalent) in English and Maths. Recognised project management qualification (e.g., Prince2, APM, PMP). Minimum of 5 years experience in project management or related roles Desirable Undergraduate degree. Experience Essential Experience in a leadership, talent or organisational development consultancy, or a closely related professional services environment delivering similar programmes. Experience managing multiple projects in a professional services, consultancy or similar environment. Experience managing leadership development, coaching or talent related programmes (or similar structured client delivery). Strong experience using spreadsheets and managing data (e.g., Excel). Experience handling confidential information with discretion. Experience supporting senior stakeholders and managing client relationships. Experience maintaining project documentation, reports and compliance records. High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Evidence of proactive problem solving, initiative and ownership in previous roles. Desirable Experience supporting colleagues with sales and marketing activity, including CRM updates, lead generation and campaign coordination. Experience administering assessment tools or diagnostics e.g. psychometrics or behavioural assessments such at 360 feedback surveys. Experience with invoicing, financial tracking or project profitability reporting. Experience in B2B sales or marketing. Experience running data handling or evaluation projects. Additional Requirements Ability to work in the UK (right to work is essential). Willingness to travel occasionally for team meetings or client events. Comfortable working in a small, fast moving organisation where processes are evolving. High levels of personal organisation and professional presentation.
