Accountabilities

* Monitor media buys and recommend adjustments to optimize performance.
* Evaluate and analyze digital advertising performance metrics.

Requirements
* 5-7 years of experience in digital advertising with a strong focus on strategy and planning.
* Proficiency in programmatic, display, video, paid social, and search advertising.
* Experience with Google Campaign Manager and demand-side platforms.
* Ability to produce and analyze detailed performance reports.
* In-depth knowledge of optimizing digital platform performance to meet KPIs.
* Experience in developing effective ad creatives.
* Strong communication skills for persuasive discussions.
* Ability to mentor and support junior staff.
* Experience in project management within collaborative settings.
