Job Description:

1. Being the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone
2. Assisting with transactions, queries, and service
3. Answering calls in our contact centre
4. Building relationships and finding solutions
5. Developing knowledge of products and services
6. Identifying ways to improve customer experience
