Overview
Are you an experienced and resilient Psychological Therapist or Psychologist who can contribute to the strategic vision and clinical delivery of therapy within NHS talking therapies? This is an exciting opportunity to join a well established, dynamic team in Bolton, delivering therapy to the population of Bolton. We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and experienced clinician to support the therapy delivery within the step 3 + team of Bolton's NHS talking therapy service.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and appreciative of the challenges of working in NHS talking therapy services. You will be committed to teamwork, have excellent relationship-building skills and be capable of managing varied work demands. You would be joining a large team in Bolton which is part of the Greater Manchester mental health trust, where there are excellent opportunities.
Responsibilities
* Offer high quality assessment and brief interventions to treat those experiencing common mental health disorders.
* Engage in direct clinical work within the talking therapies service.
* Provide consultation and supervision of other practitioners, and facilitate reflective practice.
* Contribute to team innovation and development and support the team in delivering flexible, high-quality services that meet patient, carer, and public expectations.
Qualifications and Skills
* Qualified Psychological Therapist or Psychologist with relevant registration and licensure.
* Experience in NHS talking therapies (step 3 + level) and ability to work within diverse teams.
* Strong teamwork, relationship-building, and communication skills; ability to manage varied work demands.
* Commitment to delivering evidence-based assessment and brief interventions for common mental health disorders.
