Job Description We are looking for a Production Operative to oversee daily operations across the Cook Room, Pastry Room and De-box Area. You will ensure smooth shift starts, maintain efficient production flow, and support a team of around 10 colleagues. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys leading people, solving problems, and keeping operations running to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Support the Kitchen Manager in the smooth running of day-to-day kitchen operations. Oversee preparation, cooking, and baking activities, ensuring all products meet company standards for quality, consistency, and presentation. Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality control procedures. Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Skills & Experience Previous experience in a supervisory or team-leader role, ideally within food production or manufacturing.
