What you’ll be responsible for
Mapping of business processes, identifying improvements, and drafting detailed business requirements to support the business strategy and goals. Reporting to the Project Lead, part of the wider Change Team.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
1. Mapping ‘as-is’ business processes and identifying gaps and improvements (‘to be’ processes).
2. Developing and documenting detailed business requirements for process changes.
3. Supporting the translation of business requirements into technical specifications for technical teams.
4. Developing business cases and project plans to support strategic initiatives.
5. Engaging stakeholders throughout the requirements process with effective communication.
6. Monitoring progress and keeping stakeholders informed.
7. Facilitating understanding of requirements among key stakeholders for successful implementation.
8. Ensuring quality controls are in place for requirements activities.
9. Undertaking additional duties as needed to meet business needs.

About You
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
* Degree or equivalent in business analysis and process mapping.
* Experience with requirements gathering tools.
* Experience in business process modelling, target operating models, and re-engineering.
* Experience developing requirements across multiple systems.
* Proven business analysis experience and report development.
* Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including third-party suppliers.
* Proficiency in MS Office and Visio.
* Experience in requirements gathering, strategy development, and stakeholder communication.
* Knowledge of business process models.

* This role involves hybrid working, with at least 1 day/week in the office.
