We currently have opportunities for a Junior Application Support Analysts to join the Business Change and Transformation team in Plymouth.
As Junior Application Support Analyst, you will provide 1st and 2nd line support to the business. Whether this is triaging issues before escalating to developers, setting up application access or building products ahead of implementation, this is a varied role with exposure to different stakeholders across Royal London.

About the role
1. Perform BAU system configuration processes such as interest rates changes and product builds and amendments.
2. Conducting rigorous testing before rolling out system configuration changes.
3. Run funder and operational reporting using SSMS and Power BI
4. Support the business in defining a process to produce operational reporting.
