LOTUS HOUSING AND RECRUITMENT LIMITED delivers high-quality housing and refurbishment projects across Dublin and Cork. We are looking for skilled Carpenters to join our construction teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out first and second fix carpentry on residential and commercial projects
* Install doors, frames, skirting, architraves, floors, stairs and partitions
* Read and work from technical drawings and site instructions
* Use hand and power tools safely and correctly
* Work closely with site supervisors and other trades to meet deadlines
* Follow all health & safety procedures on site
Requirements
* Recognised carpentry qualification or completed apprenticeship
* Minimum 2 years’ on-site carpentry experience
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
* Good standard of workmanship and strong attention to detail
* Knowledge of Irish construction safety standards
* Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
