About the role: We have a great opportunity for an experienced compensation and reward specialist. As Head of Reward, you will work closely with the HR Director in developing and implementing the firm's compensation and benefits strategy. You will focus on attracting, retaining, and motivating talent through competitive and equitable reward programs.
Your key responsibilities will include managing salary structures, bonus schemes, and benefits packages, as well as overseeing the annual pay review process.
The Head of Reward manages two direct reports and holds direct influence over reward and benefits expenditure, including responsibility for managing the Total Reward budget.
The direct reports are:
* 1 x Senior Compensation Specialist
* 1 x Benefits Specialist
About you: We’re seeking a dynamic and driven professional with deep expertise in reward principles and practices across compensation, benefits, and performance management. You’ll thrive in a high-performing, fast-paced environment, bringing a proactive and self-motivated approach to leadership.
Experience within a partnership structure or the legal industry is highly desirable, and knowledge of international reward practices—particularly in Europe and the UAE—is a strong advantage.
