Sales Support Coordinator - Hybrid role - Culture Focused Company - 12 months FTC initially
Working for a growing company with a fantastic culture, our client are seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to join the team on a full-time, 12 month basis. It's a busy role and would suit someone with excellent customer service and administration skills, who enjoys speaking with customers (businesses) and providing an efficient and friendly service.
About the role
* Title: Sales Support Coordinator
* Role: 12 months FTC initially
* Location: Stockport, hybrid
* Salary: up to £28,000 per annum
* Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm

Key responsibilities
* Managing a high volume of incoming enquires via the website, email and telephone.
* Making outbound calls to customers to acknowledge their request and build initial rapport.
* Managing the diaries of the Sales Team and booking in client visits at suitable times.
* Sending out confirmation emails to clients.
* Liaising with clients via email and telephone.
* Keeping accurate records on the CRM system.
* Supporting the wider team with ad hoc work as and when required.
