Your new opportunity This position ensures that administrative systems run smoothly, enabling frontline staff and volunteers to focus on delivering high-quality support to individuals, families, and communities. The role requires a high level of organisation, discretion, and a commitment to Quarriers values. 35 hours per week £22,932 per annum Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm This is an agile working role with blend of home and office working. What you will need to bring to the role Experience of using performance/reporting systems and case management software. Experience working with vulnerable individuals or community groups. Proficient in Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) Good interpersonal skills, interacting with people from all walks of life. Effective communication skills: verbal, non-verbal, written & IT skills Confident in problem solving and decision making. Ability to consult others appropriately. Ability to work as part of a team either working alongside others or remotely as appropriate Accountable and committed to high personal work standards.
