Job Description
Portico is looking for a Residential Concierge to join our team at a residential development in Birkenhead.
We seek candidates who excel in customer interaction and are willing to go above and beyond. The Concierge will provide a friendly face and assistance to residents, ensuring their needs are met!
The ideal candidate will be organized and proactive. They will coordinate with building management and security, handle duties such as greeting residents, managing post & couriers, and overseeing contractors and keys.
Hours: 45 hours per week. Shifts from 8am-6pm, Mon-Fri.
Salary: £28,431
Qualifications
Experience in delivering excellent 5-star service in customer service or hospitality is desirable.
Experience in a similar role is also preferred.
The candidate should be a great communicator with excellent multitasking and customer service skills.
This is a standalone Concierge role. The successful candidate must be comfortable being the sole Portico team member on site while being part of a larger team within the portfolio.
