Sales Administrator | Hoddesdon | Hybrid (2 days from home after probation)
I’m working with a well-established organisation to recruit a Sales Administrator to support their bid and sales operations from their Hoddesdon office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills who thrives in a structured and detail-focused environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Lead Bid Coordinator to manage tender-related administration, customer enquiries, and order processing. You’ll play a central role in ensuring all sales documentation is accurate, deadlines are met, and internal handovers run smoothly.
Key aspects of the role include:
* Managing incoming enquiries and updating Salesforce with new opportunities.
* Issuing quotations, drawings, and documentation to clients.
* Processing purchase orders and coordinating internal handovers.
* Sending post-sale documentation, including confirmations and warranty packs.
* Supporting the wider sales and aftersales team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
What we’re looking for:
* Strong administrative background with a high level of accuracy.
* Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce knowledge is an advantage).
* Confident communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Familiarity with Office 365 and standard document handling processes.
Package:
* £25,000 – 30,000 per annum
