Job Overview:
Spencer Clarke Group is looking for dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistants for our school in Eccles. Daily pay starts at £100 and higher with experience!
We are supporting a SEMH Primary School dedicated to helping students aged 4 -11 who have struggled in mainstream education and need personalised support to get the most out of their education. This role is full time working weekdays only and with an opportunity to go into a long term role!
We need someone who is:
Experienced in SEMH support, care, or a similar role working with young people with a range of Mental, Social and emotional needs
Is patient, resilient, and passionate about making a positive difference.
Can effectively manage challenging behaviours and implement de-escalation strategies.
