Part-Time Interim Executive Assistant

Location: Bank Street - London

Contract: Temporary

Work Setup: 2 days onsite per week (Thurs/Fri)

What you'll do

* Oversee complex diary management, meeting coordination, and large-scale events such as town halls, off-sites, and cross-department sessions.
* Manage end-to-end travel logistics, itineraries, and expense processing in line with company policies, ensuring efficiency and cost control.
* Act as a primary contact for internal teams and external clients, maintaining strong professional relationships and representing the business with discretion.
* Support business operations through accurate reporting, data management, and use of internal systems to track priorities and deliverables.
* Partner with business management and support teams to align on priorities, resolve issues, and drive process improvements.
* Provide coverage and collaboration across assistant teams, contributing to wider projects, communications, and business initiatives as required.


What you bring

* Proven background in senior administrative or executive support, ideally within financial services or a large corporate environment.
* Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, able to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
* High level of technical proficiency, including Microsoft Office and internal business systems.
* Sound judgment, professionalism, and discretion when handling sensitive information or competing priorities.
* Collaborative and adaptable mindset, capable of working under pressure while maintaining a calm and solutions-focused approach.
