This is a full-time, permanent position based in Manchester, offering a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and experience coordinating repairs, maintenance, or contractor activity. The ideal candidate will come from a property, social housing, estate agency, or facilities management background and be confident managing communications, tracking repair updates, and ensuring a smooth operational process across departments. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and up-to-date property and asset records in internal systems. Liaise with tenants, contractors, and third parties to coordinate and monitor repairs and maintenance works, particularly around end-of-tenancy processes. Manage inbox communications and follow up on outstanding tasks in a timely manner. Assist in generating reports and analysing data on repair performance and contractor activity. Support finance and operations teams with processing purchase orders and ensuring accurate invoicing. Ensure documentation is complete and compliant with internal procedures. Your Profile: Previous experience in a property, housing, or maintenance related administrative role. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Able to work independently while contributing effectively within a team. What's on Offer: Salary of £25,000-£26,000 per annum. Permanent, full-time position based in Manchester (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm).
