Are you a hands-on Process Development professional who thrives on seeing ideas come to life on the factory floor?
We’re working with a fast-paced food manufacturer that’s passionate about bringing high-quality, innovative products to the UK retail market. They’re looking for someone who can bridge the gap between kitchen concept and full-scale production — someone with strong technical know-how, commercial awareness, and the ability to keep multiple projects on track.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of products from development through to launch, ensuring smooth scale-up, first production success, and consistent quality. You’ll collaborate closely with NPD, Technical, and Operations teams, making sure each new line meets customer expectations and runs efficiently in production.
This is a great opportunity for a senior technologist ready to step up or an experienced Process Development Manager looking to make a real impact within a supportive, forward-thinking team.
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in process or product development within food manufacturing
* Strong understanding of factory trials, QAS, and first production approvals
* Confident working with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams
* Excellent organisation and communication skills
* A passion for innovation and continuous improvement
