Join Reed Business School as a Learning Advisor and play a key role in supporting learners through their apprenticeship journey. You'll coach, motivate, and guide learners to achieve occupational competency and complete their programme on time, ensuring compliance with ESFA, Ofsted, and awarding body standards. What You'll Do Manage a caseload of learners, delivering monthly 1:1 coaching and quarterly progress reviews. Conduct initial assessments, plan learning routes, and deliver induction sessions. Support learners with additional needs and coordinate reasonable adjustments. Monitor progress, provide feedback, and prepare learners for End Point Assessment (EPA). Build strong relationships with employers to align workplace training with apprenticeship standards. Maintain accurate learner records using e-portfolio systems and ensure compliance with funding rules. Promote safeguarding and wellbeing throughout the learner journey. What We're Looking For Experience delivering accountancy apprenticeships and familiarity with the Education Inspection Framework. Strong knowledge of apprenticeship funding rules and EPA preparation. Skilled in coaching and supporting learners in workplace or academic settings. Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-portfolio systems (OneFile experience desirable). English and Maths at Level 2 or equivalent. Desirable: Professional coaching qualification or willingness to work towards one. Understanding of accountancy qualifications (AAT, ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW). Why Join Us?
