A client of ours in the Chelmsford area are recruiting a Temporary Afternoon Receptionist to join their team this week! This is a part-time temporary position working Monday - Friday, 12:45pm - 5:15pm (latest start 1:00pm), paying £12.50 - £13.00 per hour depending on experience. The assignment is expected to last a minimum of one week but may be extended for sickness cover.
Your key duties in this Receptionist role will include but are not limited to:
* Greeting clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming reception.
* Managing incoming calls and the main reception inbox.
* Handling post, deliveries, and general administrative tasks.
* Assisting with meeting room bookings and diary management.
* Maintaining tidy and presentable reception and communal areas.
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this role:
* Previous reception or administrative experience (professional office background preferred).
* Legal sector experience or knowledge advantageous but not essential.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
