My client, a leading Socila Housing provider require an Estate Technician to empty properties and gardens of furniture, waste and building rubbish, carry out garden maintenance and also clean the property to our lettable standards .
This is a temporary position until a suitable permanent candidate can be found, therefore it will be an opportunity to put oneself in the running for the job.
Applicants must have afull UK Driving License as the job will involve the use of a vehicle for work purposes.
A pa1/pa6 spraying License will be advantageous
