Repairs Manager
Edinburgh | Temporary - Permanent | £50,000 plus benefits
Dawson Jones Recruitment is supporting a well-established organisation with the appointment of an experienced Repairs Manager on a temporary to permanent basis.
This is a key operational role, responsible for leading the delivery of responsive repairs services through external contractors, ensuring performance, compliance and customer satisfaction across the service.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of responsive repairs services across the housing portfolio.
* Manage external contractors and internal team performance, ensuring KPIs, service standards and compliance requirements are met.
* Identify building defects and specify effective remedial works.
* Monitor budgets, costs and contractor spend, ensuring value for money and cost control.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety, statutory obligations and regulatory standards.
* Manage operational issues, escalations and stakeholder engagement across the organisation.
* Provide leadership, direction and support to the repairs team.
