We're looking for a motivated, hands-on, and customer-focused Assistant Manager to help lead the team at our vibrant and much-loved pub.
The Role:
As Assistant Manager, you'll work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, deliver excellent customer service, and help drive the success of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting and leading both front-of-house and back-of-house teams
* Delivering outstanding customer service
* Assisting with stock control, ordering, and rotas
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance
* Helping to train, motivate, and support staff
* Stepping up to manage shifts when needed
What We're Looking For:
* Previous hospitality/bar/restaurant supervisory experience
* Confident, approachable, and proactive attitude
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Organised and reliable with good attention to detail
* Flexible with hours – evenings and weekends required
* Passion for pubs, people, and great service
