Your Role
* Greet customers, assess their needs and provide tailored product or service recommendations.
* Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets through effective selling strategies.
* Ensure that stock is stored appropriately and safely using “Space Management.”
* Use best‑practice methods and equipment to ensure all company product is handled and stored with care, minimising potential for damage.
* Contribute positively and effectively in all team settings.
* Build productive relationships with team members and external stakeholders.
* Communicate clearly and confidently with your team.
* Follow health & safety procedures at all times.
* Make a difference every day to the customer experience.
