What great looks like:
* Strong experience in BI tools – ideally Looker, ThoughtSpot, Lightdash
* Proven ability to deliver end-to-end data workflows – from modelling to visualisation
* Previous experience working in a fast-paced B2C or consumer tech environment
* Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders.
* Proactive mindset with a desire to build scalable solutions and influence strategy
