Tradewind Recruitment is excited to be recruiting for Teaching Fellows - Secondary Phase to join a variety of high-achieving secondary schools in Swindon this September 2025. This is a 12-month placement with the opportunity to progress into full teacher training the following year! There are limited spaces available but if you are serious about a teaching career but do not want to spend a year at university to do your PGCE then perhaps we can help!

🌟 What is a Teaching Fellow?
Think of it as a paid, year-long graduate teaching internship. You'll build real classroom experience and develop confidence by:
* Supporting lessons as a Teaching Assistant
* Leading small group interventions
* Stepping into the role of a Cover Supervisor
* Gradually gaining experience delivering full lessons
You'll work alongside expert educators, receive high-quality support and mentorship, and prepare for a future in teaching with confidence.
