Join Our Team as a Trade Promotion Management (TPM) Implementation Lead - Europe!
Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in transforming the way we manage trade promotions? We are looking for an experienced and results-driven TPM Implementation Lead to join our Global Pet Nutrition SRM team. In this exciting position, you will report to the Pet Nutrition Global SRM Implementation Lead - TPM and play a key role in executing the regional deployment of a global trade promotion planning system.
Your Mission
As the TPM Implementation Lead, you will spearhead the implementation of a cutting-edge Trade & Promotion Management (TPM) system, such as Salesforce TPM or Visualfabriq. Your leadership will guide both global and local cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment, adoption, and optimization of the TPM system, enhancing our trade investment planning, execution, and analytics.
This is a project-based transformation role with an expected end date of 31st March 2028. As we approach this date, we will work together to explore other opportunities within the Mars family of companies. If a suitable alternative role is not available at that time, your employment will conclude.
What We’re Looking For
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
* Experience: 5+ years in Trade Promotion Management, Sales Operations, IT Project Management, or related fields.
* Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with TPM systems (e.g., Salesforce TPM, Visualfabriq, SAP TPM), ERP systems, and business intelligence tools.
* Project Management: Proven track record in leading enterprise-level system implementations, preferably in CPG, Retail, or FMCG industries.
* Communication & Leadership: Strong ability to influence stakeholders, manage cross-functional teams, and drive initiatives to completion.
* Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Program Management: Lead the end-to-end implementation of the TPM system, ensuring timely execution aligned with business objectives.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Finance, IT, and other key stakeholders to gather requirements and drive system adoption.
* System Integration: Work with IT teams and vendors to ensure seamless integration of TPM with existing platforms.
* Training & Change Management: Provide insights on training programs and change management activities to ensure smooth user adoption.
* Data Management & Analytics: Employ a ‘data-led’ mindset to ensure data accuracy and support business decision-making.
* Issue Escalation: Serve as an escalation point for market teams to the global SRM team and leadership.
* Continuous Improvement: Monitor program success, gather feedback, and recommend enhancements to maximize efficiency.
As a leader in the Trade Promotion Management deployment, you will collaborate closely with GMs, Sales Heads, CFOs, and local SRM and Sales Finance leaders to deliver against our value creation plan.
