Management Accountant - Temporary (3 Months)
Location: South of Norwich (Office-based, full-time)
Rate: £20 - £23 per hour + holiday pay

Robert Half is recruiting for a Management Accountant to join a well-established organisation on a 3-month temporary assignment, supporting the business while they complete a permanent recruitment process. Candidates who are interested in temp-to-perm opportunities are also encouraged to apply.
This is a full-time, office-based role, and applicants must be able to travel daily to the office south of Norwich.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Preparation of monthly management accounts
2. Budgeting and forecasting support
3. Variance analysis and reporting
4. Balance sheet reconciliations
5. Supporting senior finance stakeholders with ad-hoc analysis
6. Assisting with process improvement during the transition period
About You:
7. Part-qualified (ACCA / CIMA / ACA) or qualified by experience
8. Previous experience in a management accounting role
9. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
10. Available to start immediately or at short notice
11. Happy to work on-site full-time
This role offers a competitive hourly rate of £20-£23 per hour plus holiday pay, with the opportunity to gain valuable experience and potential longer-term prospects.
