Reporting into the Reception Manager you will be responsible for supervising and training a team of five. Delivering an outstanding welcome for all guests. Scheduling rotas, allocating tasks, and measuring performance. Liaising with Housekeeping and all other departments ensuring excellent guest service at all times.
For this Head Receptionist role you would have preferably worked in a four star hotel before in the guest services department. You must be highly organised and be prepared to do shift work.
