As the class teaching assistant you will play a crucial role in supporting the learning and development of your students. Working closely with a dedicated teaching staff, you will assist in planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of the schools pupils.

Contract: Permanent/Full time
Start date: September 2024
Pay: £15,220 to £21,342
As a Teaching Assistant your key responsibilities will be;
* Support teachers in delivering high-quality lessons and ensuring learning objectives are met.
* Provide 1:1 or group support to students, helping them with their academic and personal development.
* Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that inspires children to thrive.
* Help with classroom management and maintain a safe and orderly environment.
* Monitor and assess student progress, keeping accurate records to track their performance.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications;
* Experience working and supporting children (preferably within a school or educational setting)
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire young learners.
* A patient and empathetic approach to interacting with children.
* A passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on students' lives.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
