Job Purpose
* Deliver defined aspects of holistic care to the client, guided by individualized care plans and HFH Healthcare policies.
* Create and maintain a safe and supportive atmosphere enabling clients to achieve their goals through clear communication and teamwork.
* Mentor new members of the care team in all aspects of client‑specific care.
* Supervise and delegate tasks, doubling up staff.
