Responsibilities
* Manage resources, equipment capacity and supplier relationships to support efficient delivery.
* Use data, KPIs and reporting to monitor performance and inform decision‑making.
* Support budgets, forecasts and operational planning through accurate insight.
* Contribute expertise to projects, cross‑team working and wider operational improvements.
* Develop and implement effective risk management policies and compliance procedures.
* Ensure health, safety and wellbeing standards are upheld across the team.
Maintain high levels of flexibility and passion, go above and beyond to deliver for learners, and remain open to feedback from customers, partners and colleagues.
Qualifications
* Experience in leading a warehouse or distribution team in a fast‑paced environment.
* Excellent time‑management skills and ability to work under pressure.
* Strong communication skills, able to motivate and lead a diverse group of staff.
* Proficient computer, numeracy and literacy skills.
* Understanding of health, safety and wellbeing policies and ability to follow procedures.
Desirable Criteria
* Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies.
* Knowledge of risk management principles.
* Project‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Customer‑facing experience.
