Salary: £50,000–£58,000 + Package

The Role
Reporting into the Category Director, you’ll be the driving force behind the brand’s category plans for two major grocery players — Sainsbury’s and Morrisons.
You'll live and breathe insights, turning data into stories that spark action — helping shape strategy, influence customers, and fuel brand growth.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a rising star in the category space to step up, own key retailer relationships, and work cross-functionally with sales, innovation, and marketing.
What You'll Be Doing
Crafting and delivering a best-in-class category vision
Building powerful, insight-led partnerships with Sainsbury’s and Morrisons
Unearthing opportunities through deep dives into shopper, market, and consumer data
Who You Are
* You're an insight-obsessed Category Executive or Category Manager ready for your next big challenge.
* You know your way around market data: Nielsen, IRI, Kantar, Dunnhumby, Nectar — you speak their language!
* You have food or drink sector experience and a real passion for the industry.
* You thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where you can roll your sleeves up and make things happen.
* You're commercially sharp, collaborative, and excited by the chance to drive change.
