You'll be the client advocate across solutions and services, acting as a strategic advisor across our client portfolio, nurturing client relationships and guiding our potential partners into the new era of measurement. You will be responsible for supporting an expanding solutions and services function of the business as ThisThat continues to scale. Your focus will be study process and account management, from brand lift study kick off to impactful deliverables - all while collaborating with teams across the business, ensuring we're always in tune with the exciting and ever evolving social landscape to drive excellence.This role will suit someone who is analytical, passionate about client service, enjoys creative storytelling with data, and has the desire to learn and challenge themselves in a fast-paced start-up environment.KEY REMIT:InsightTake charge of the Brand Lift process from brief to final delivery and debrief - design, write, and set up surveys tailored to client needs - manage the data collection process in collaboration with the Paid Media team - analyze data and translate results into creative, story-driven, and actionable client reports.Actively support client PCAs and work as an integrated part of client teams to ensure seamless collaboration and maximum impact.Test client hypotheses, uncover the “why” behind marketing campaign impacts and build actionable blueprints for “what next” using our data to identify optimisation levers with creative, targeting and distribution across the funnel.Support rigorous quality assurance across all insight outputs - from survey setup to data validation and reporting - with attention to detail even under tight timelines.Client Management and SatisfactionAct as a strategic advisor to your clients, providing actionable recommendations for campaigns.Confidently manage and adapt communications and deliverables for stakeholders at all levels.Ensure high client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and managing client expectations.Build and maintain deep, consultative client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.Strive to become the trusted voice of measurement and growth for every client, by educating stakeholders on best-in-class methodologies, championing data-driven decision making, and guiding them toward smarter, more effective influencer investment.Communication and CollaborationWork within your Pod alongside, insight, sales and client strategy team members to ensure seamless collaboration, high-quality delivery and continuous improvement across shared clients.Collaborate with your Pod to drive account growth and maximise client impact, leveraging the combined expertise of strategy, insights, and sales to unlock the full impact of our work for clients.Regularly collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders, as well as teams across the business, including sales, product, tech, client strategy, and marketing, to drive business growth. Help us build an evermore powerful platform that both automates and empowers strategic insight as well as account management, and help us develop accessible self-serveable solutions for clients to scale the impact ThisThat has far and wide.REQUIREMENTS:4+ years of working experience in an insight or research role (social, marketing or media environment is a plus)Experience designing and implementing research related to brand lift is highly desirableProven experience owning client accounts, with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with stakeholders at all levelsExceptional skills in data analysis, excel, deck creation, and presentingProficiency in quantitative research and/or survey designExcellent organisational, time management skills and attention to detailAbility to translate data into plain digestible language for non-research stakeholdersStrong communication and data visualisation skills; proficiency in Gsuite and Powerpoint is encouragedExperience managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and priorities simultaneouslyDesire to learn and perform adjacent function skills, including paid media, content writing, and service designA passion for social media and influencer industry trendsWHY JOIN:You’ll be at the forefront of innovation shaping a fast-growing industry Salary: £43,000 - £45,000 with an additional commission scheme Share Options: Benefit from ThisThat's success
