Robert Half is partnering with a Real Estate business based in South West London area in search for a HR Business Partner.
An exciting opportunity for an experienced and commercially minded HR Business Partner to join a high-performing HR team in a fast-paced, multi-site business. You'll play a key role in providing expert HR guidance across the business, ensuring employee relations are managed effectively and in line with best practice and employment law.
Responsibilities:
Provide expert advice on employee relations issues (performance, conduct, capability, absence, family leave)
Support and coach managers through disciplinary, grievance, and capability procedures
Draft letters, meeting notes, and other HR documentation
Advise employees on policies, procedures, and family leave entitlements
Assist with onboarding admin including contracts, references, and payroll coordination
Partner with senior leadership on people matters and organisational change
Support change projects such as restructures, TUPE, and contract changes
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
Requirements:
Proven HR experience, ideally in a multi-site environment (property, retail, or hospitality a plus)
Strong employee relations background with excellent legal knowledge
Confident communicator with strong influencing and coaching skills
Able to manage a busy workload and handle sensitive situations with professionalism
CIPD qualified or working towards (Level 5 or above preferred)
