Service Leader (Level 2) – Southport / Bootle Area
Full‑time | Mon‑Fri, 9am‑5pm | Driving licence and own transport required
Responsibilities
* Lead and support a team of Support Workers
* Help people live independently in their own homes
* Oversee care plans, risk assessments & audits
* Ensure high‑quality, person‑centred support
* Understand and manage challenging behaviours
* Recruit, train and supervise staff
* Be a visible, hands‑on presence in the services
Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (minimum)
* Experience in social care & service management
* Knowledge of regulations and best practices
* Full UK driving licence & access to a car
