As a Junior Sales Consultant based in Guildford youll be responsible for: Greet clients warmly and professionally upon arrival, offering a luxury-level hospitality experience.
Manage walk-in traffic and scheduled appointments (if required), ensuring smooth client flow.
Accurately capture and qualify client leads (in person, phone, email, and online inquiries).
Assist with general showroom administration and operational support as needed.
This role is a part-time, permanent position working 20 hours a week Saturday, Sunday and Monday (with some flexibility) 09:00-17:30 1hrs per week.
And heres what wed like you to have: Experience in hospitality, luxury retail, client services, or a front-of-house role.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Professional appearance and demeanour aligned with a luxury brand.
