Academics are currently working with a superb secondary school located in Chester who are eager to add a hard-working, motivated and academically strong Student Progress Coach to their KS3 & KS4 teaching support department.
In this role as a Student Progress Coach, the successful candidate will be supporting both individuals and small groups of students across the academic year through a combination of academic and general support based both inside and out of the classroom setting.

Student Progress Coach - Role Information:
Providing consistent academic, social and emotional support to KS3 & KS4 students
Planning and conducting tailored 1:1 and small group support for students
Monitoring the progression and development of students throughout school year
Monday to Friday role - September 2025 to July 2026 contracted position
Paid £92.00 per day during term time only
30am - 15.30pm working hours

Minimum 2:1 Core Subject, Psychology or Humanities degree
Prior experience teaching, tutoring or mentoring children
Passionate about the development of young people
