Your Day-to-Day
Strategy & Insight
* Collaborate with regional and global teams to define and adapt brand strategies for the European market.
* Support the development of long-term brand plans for each brand, including positioning, objectives, and action plans.
Brand Standards & Growth
* Define and evolve brand standards that align with IHG’s brand promise and operational models.
* Partner with Development and Design & Engineering teams to ensure new hotel openings and conversions reflect brand expectations.
* Create robust business cases that clearly demonstrate ROI for owners and stakeholders.
Performance & Continuous Improvement
* Develop brand scorecards in collaboration with Insights & Analytics to monitor key metrics and drive action.
* Work with Quality Evaluation and Operations to elevate brand delivery and guest satisfaction.
* Make informed trade-offs to balance experience quality with owner profitability.
Stakeholder Engagement
* Build strong relationships with hotel owners across Europe, supporting them to drive brand consistency and performance.
* Monitor competitive trends and respond proactively to maintain our leadership position.
What We Need From You
We’re looking for someone who brings a balance of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on experience.
* Strong background in brand management, marketing, or hospitality—ideally with multi-brand or pan-European experience.
* Experience launching or growing a brand and developing guest-facing innovations across design and service.
* Commercial awareness, with the ability to support brand strategy and drive performance.
* Excellent project and stakeholder management skills, with confidence navigating cross-functional, international teams.
* Experience managing agencies and budgets
