The Role
We’re seeking a smart, motivated, and commercially-minded New Business Development Executive to join a growing, award-winning creative agency. You will play a key role in identifying and converting new business opportunities with exciting brands across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and more.
You will work closely with the senior leadership team to expand the agency’s client base, engaging in prospecting, relationship building, and developing tailored outreach strategies. If you are confident, creative, and eager to learn, this is an excellent opportunity to grow with a dynamic, collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
* Research and identify potential new brand partners.
* Lead outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
* Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective clients.
* Create bespoke outreach strategies and contribute to new business proposals.
* Collaborate with the team to align on opportunities and creative approaches.
* Support the entire new business pipeline from initial contact to handover.
* Attend events and meetings to represent the agency and generate leads.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in business development, sales, marketing, or account management (agency or creative environment preferred).
* Strong interest in creative marketing, branding, and storytelling.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience with tools like LinkedIn, HubSpot, or Notion.
* Highly organized, self-motivated, and a natural relationship builder.
* Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Aspiring to grow into a more senior role over time.
