Digital Marketing Manager – Paid Media & Performance
Remote (UK-based) | 12-month contract | £40-44 per hour
We’re hiring on behalf of a leading global tech company for a Digital Marketing Manager – Paid Media & Performance. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on digital expert with a strong track record in B2B demand generation, who’s comfortable owning paid media strategy and execution across multiple channels.
What You’ll Do:
* Design and execute high-impact paid media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads and LinkedIn
* Drive quality traffic and lead generation through smart targeting, testing, and optimisation
* Activate integrated campaigns including Account-Based Marketing (ABM), Demand Gen, and Thought Leadership
* Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, analytics and creative teams
* Manage agency relationships and budgets, oversee campaign performance and reporting (Salesforce, Google Data Studio)
* Contribute to campaign strategy, creative direction, tracking and performance reviews
Qualification:
* 7+ years’ experience in performance marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS, tech or agency environments
* Strong hands-on experience with Paid Search, Paid Social and multi-channel campaign delivery
* Solid grasp of campaign measurement, MarTech/AdTech tools, and data-driven decision making
* Strong communicator with experience working in large, cross-functional organisations
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and ability to work independently
