We are excited to be recruiting new faculty to: Lecturer in Urban Planning with expertise in one or more of the following areas (a) planning and the development process and plan making, (b) place-making and urban design, or (c) international planning systems. The post is intended to strengthen the research and teaching capacity of the Department of Planning, Property & Environmental Management (PPEM), within the School of Environment, Education and Development (SEED), and we would expect the successful postholder to have research and teaching interests (UK and International) in the fields of urban planning and environmental management. We expect the postholder to be committed to high quality research leading to publications and to deliver research-led teaching. The appointees will be expected to teach at all levels, from undergraduates to supervising PhDs (or equivalent) will also be expected to undertake a range of administrative and pastoral duties.
