- Admin Assistant (Payroll)
- Permanent - 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Office Based in Lytham St Annes
- £25,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience
We are seeking a proactive Admin Assistant to join our busy Payroll & Benefits Team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys assisting with payroll processing, compliance, and analysis.
Main Responsibilities
1. Assisting with payroll processing for over 1000 colleagues, ensuring compliance and accuracy
2. Making well-informed decisions where necessary
3. Participating in reporting and analysis, including National Living Wage
4. Recording absences and calculations, including statutory payments and Bradford Factor (holidays, sickness, maternity, paternity)
5. Calculating timesheets
6. Processing attachment of earnings
7. Reviewing payroll emails and taking appropriate actions
8. Administering employee benefits such as pensions
9. Serving as a point of contact for payroll queries for colleagues and stakeholders
10. Performing general ad hoc duties to support the Payroll & Benefits department
