Territory Sales Manager - Basildon, Essex

They are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to oversee existing accounts across Essex. This crucial role involves building long-term client relationships and driving regional success.

This is a field-based role for candidates residing in Basildon, Essex, or nearby areas.
Responsibilities
* Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients regularly
* Develop relationships with key stakeholders within accounts
* Communicate product availability, support staff training, and assist with in-store product merchandising
* Adapt approach based on customer and business types
* Implement business development activities to maximize sales in the territory
* Assess success and identify areas for improvement using data and budget support
* Work towards defined sales targets
The Successful Candidate
* At least 12 months of experience in a field sales role is preferred
* Experience in FMCG is advantageous
* Candidates from retail management or field merchandising backgrounds are encouraged to apply
* Hold a full UK driving license
* Reside in Basildon, Essex, or surrounding areas
