* About the Role:
o Deliver engaging and differentiated Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with a focus on Physics.
o Develop and implement stimulating lesson plans that incorporate hands-on experiments, demonstrations, and real-world applications of physics.
o Assess student progress through lab reports, presentations, and assessments, providing constructive feedback to enhance their understanding of physics concepts.
o Contribute to the development of the science curriculum and participate in departmental initiatives.
* Ideal Candidate:
o Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Science with a strong background and specialism in Physics.
o A good understanding of the secondary science curriculum and effective teaching strategies for Physics.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex physics concepts clearly.
o Strong practical skills and experience in laboratory work.
