South Holland District Council is seeking a Technical Contracts Officer to support procurement, compliance, and contract management within our Property Services team.
The Council is looking for someone to join and be the key link between internal technical teams, contractors, and stakeholders to help deliver housing related investment programmes and ensure homes are safe, energy efficient, and compliant with legislation.
The contracts we work with are JCT (Joint Contract Tribunal) measured term contracts.

What Do We Need From You Relevant technical experience in a similar role in a building related field.
Knowledge of building construction, energy regulations, and health and safety law.
