Clinical Negligence NQ Solicitor
Manchester (Hybrid Working)
The Role:
You will play a key role in supporting senior lawyers while also managing your own caseload of clinical negligence matters from inception through to resolution or trial. The role offers exposure to both pre- and post-litigation work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing your own caseload of clinical negligence claims
* Supporting senior lawyers with complex cases
* Assisting with case strategy, progression, and settlement
* Drafting legal documentation (including Letters of Claim and instructions
* Negotiating settlements and progressing matters to litigation where required
* Coordinating with clients, experts, and third parties
* Supporting team performance and financial targets
About You:
* Newly Qualified in Clinical Negligence
* Experience managing or assisting with a caseload
* High attention to detail and commercial awareness
* Confident working collaboratively within a team
* Excellent client care skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems
