Manpower are currently seeking an interim Bill to Cash Manager, to work with our global FMCG client The Magnum Ice Cream Company, renowned for brands such as Magnum, Ben & Jerry's, Cornetto and Wall's, and become an integral part of their fast-paced FMCG environment.
The position is based in Kingston upon Thames, Surrey. This is a full-time temporary role to run for 10 months, requiring 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Compensation for this role is competitive, paying between £66,000-£75,000 per annum, pro rata, depending upon experience.
The role currently offers a mix of remote and onsite working, subject to adjustment based on business requirements.
The role plays a pivotal role in the digital transformation programme, acting as the market Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all BtC (Bill to Cash) related system design, testing and deployment activities.
Key Responsibilities
OPUS Design & Fit to Template
1. Lead market BtC fit to template assessments ensuring alignment with Project global design principles.
2. Identify BtC process gaps and collaborate with global SMEs to shape solutions.
3. Represent market requirements in Project design workshops and decision making forums.
Build, Testing & Deployment SME
4. Act as BtC SME during system build, configuration and integration activities.
5. Own and develop BtC test scenarios for Pricing, Claims, Rebates, Billing and Credit.
6. Lead UAT execution, validating system behaviour, data flows and end-to-end accuracy.
7. Support data migration (pricing, trade terms, rebate structures, legacy claims).
8. Drive market readiness for Project go-live: processes, people, training and controls.
9. Contribute to hypercare planning to ensure a stable launch.
Change Management & Capability
10. Deliver training for BtC teams and key stakeholders on new Project processes and functionalities.
11. Update BtC SOPs, control frameworks, RACIs and governance documentation.
12. Act as the primary link between the global Project programme and market BtC operations.
Key Requirements
13. Previous experience within a similar role with FMCG essential
14. Strong expertise across BtC processes: pricing, claims, rebates, credit, billing.
15. Proficiency in SAP and TPM/ANAPLAN systems; experience with ERP transformations preferred.
16. Demonstrated team leadership or coaching experience.
17. Strong analytical and problem solving capability.
18. Effective stakeholder and customer engagement skills.
