* Education (schools, academies, higher education estates)
* Retail, including major clients such as B&Q
* PFI Healthcare projects across operational and lifecycle programmes
With CCS framework appointment and secured incoming instructions, you will inherit live schemes while being empowered to drive new business growth across the North West and beyond.

What We're Looking For
* Established senior leader at Director or existing Partner level
* Strong track record across Education, Retail and/or PFI Healthcare
* Commercially astute with business development capability
* Ideally bringing an existing client network
